Semi-detached 4 bed two-storey houses that are accessed from estuary road, each with a floor arear of 181 sq. M. , and the demolition of the existing boundary wall along the 23m frontage of the proposed development site on estuary road and its replacement with a new lower wall 750mm in height incorporating 2 no. Vehicular gateways that give on to a gravelled driveway area leading to the frontage of the proposed houses that are set back between 10m and 12m from the estuary road boundary wall.
