Houses (including 13 no. Three-bedroom three-storey terraced units, 6 no. Four-bedroom three-storey terraced units, 4 no. Four-bedroom two-storey semi-detached units) and 8 no. One-bedroom apartments within 1 no. Two-storey block; (iii) provision of a new vehicular entrance via swords road, internal access road, 38 no. Vehicular parking spaces and 1 no. Motorcycle space; and, (iv) all ancillary site and infrastructural works, inclusive of landscaped public open space with access via swords road, tree removal/planting, general landscaping, boundary treatments, bicycle parking, bin stores, esb substation, provision of set-back reservation from swords road, foul/surface water drainage and attenuation areas necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
