Permission for development on this site located on lands to the south of brook lane, rush, co. Dublin. The site is located west of brookford park and east of brookford residential estates. The development will consist of a residential scheme of 54 units comprising 42 no. 3 bed, terraced houses and 1 no. Block of duplex apartments comprising 6 no. 2 bed apartments and 6 no. 3-bed duplex apartments. The development will include open spaces, surface level car parking (including ev parking), bicycle and bin storage areas, and esb substation. Vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist access to the development will be from brook lane and utilising the existing access. The proposed development will include for all associated site development works, landscaping, boundary treatments, services provision/upgrades and associated works. A natura impact statement (nis) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development. The planning application and natura impact statement (nis) may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices.
