- On behalf of the applicant, blanche retail nominee ltd, we hereby request a section v declaration from fingal county council in respect to works/development consisting of internal works to retail unit 189 (located over two levels - level 1 and level 1m). Blanchardstown centre, blanchardstown town centre, coolmine, dublin
- The works include the removal of an existing internal stairway between the two levels of the existing unit and the erection of internal dividing walls and provision of one new door from the internal corridor at level 1m. The alterations will result in the continued use of the retail unit at level 1, in addition to an associated plant room at level 1m, and provision of separate retail storage area (including an inaccessible space) at level 1m. The retail storage area at level 1m is not required by the new tenant of unit 189 and will be allocated as retail storage space for the blanchardstown centre
