The development will consist of the expansion of the existing concrete batching plant facility within the northern portion of the site and construction of a 2 storey building for office / logistics / training / staff welfare uses and associated facilities within the south-western portion of the site. Single storey derelict dwelling and existing agricultural barns / outbuildings; the refurbishment of the existing batching plant structure (c. 23.03 metres in height) with the addition of 7 no. Silos; aggregate bins (c. 19.08 metres in height), drive-over / tip-in hopper, 1 no. Concrete reclaimer, 1 no. Wash-out area / tank, 2 no. Double and 1 no. Single covered aggregate storage bays; 1 no. Wheel-wash facility, 2 no. Weighbridges (1 no. With single storey portacabin, c. 13.3 sqm gfa), 1 no. Single storey workshop building (c. 234 sqm gfa); 1 no. Esb supply and switchroom; refurbishment of existing esb sub-station as a storage unit; 1 no. Bunded covered fuel tank; 1 no.
