Processing areas ( c. 1,812 sq m), ancillary office space ( c. 597 sq m) and staff facilities (c. 933 sq m), and associated development. The unit will have a maximum roof level height of 12 metres. The development will also include : the continuation of the vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist entrance off the food central access road permitted under fcc reg. Ref. Fw21a/0187 ; internal roadways; 32 no. Ancillary car parking spaces; bicycle parking; hgv parking spaces; an external storage area; a truck wash facility; hard and soft landscaping; balcony facing south; boundary treatments; gates; smoking shelters; pump house; lighting; signage; plant esb substation; pv panels; and associated site development works above and below ground.
