Permission is sought to omit condition no. 3 of the final grant of planning permission reg. Ref: fw23a/0299, which reads as follows: 'the cumulative noise emissions from the operation of the development shall not exceed the background noise level at any time during the night (10pm to 8am) by more than 5db(a) as measured at the facade of the nearest noise sensitive receptor.
