The development will also comprise: illuminated signage on the northern, southern and eastern elevations (c. 20.02 sq m, c. 15.22 sq m and c. 14.42 sq m, respectively); a free-standing double-sided illuminated pylon sign (c. 14.4 sq m); 3 no. Flag poles with double-sided flags on each (c. 32.4 sq m total); alterations to the land's existing entry/exit point onto north city business park estate road and 2 no. Entry/exit points onto an existing access road to the site's western boundary (constructed under fcc reg. Ref. Fw22a/0143, which was subsequently amended by fcc reg. Ref. Fw23a/0050); customer and staff car parking; motorcycle parking; bicycle parking; new and used vehicle display parking; vehicle storage area and service parking; electric vehicle charging points; fuel dispense area; green roofs; associated lighting; hard and soft landscaping including the provision of boundary treatments, gates, fencing, walls and bollards; suds measures; associated site servicing (foul and surface water drainage and water supply); ancillary plant; and all other site excavation and development works above and below ground.
