Planning permission to extend and alter my house at 12 farmleigh park, farmleigh woods, castleknock, dublin 15 d15 e2h3, an existing three storey semi-detached house. The proposal will incorporate (a) demolition of an existing single storey lean-to structure located to the rear of the house which adjoins a neighbouring lean-to structure. (b) construction of a single storey extension to the rear and side of the existing house, extension and alteration of an existing garden shed to the side of the house and conversion of the shed to form part of the house. Total house gross floor area increase = 36m2. (c) demolition of an existing garden wall located in front of the existing garden shed, new window to front ground floor hallway, new doors, windows and roof windows to the converted garden shed. (d) drainage and landscaping works within the curtilage of the site.
