- Construction of a first floor flat roof extension over existing clubhouse, to consist of a multi-use gym-fitness zone, board room, refreshment station, toilet and changing facilities. The first floor extension will also incorporate a spectators viewing balcony along the south elevation of the building and a fire escape stairs fixed to the east elevation of the existing building
- Construction of a two storey side extension to consist of a new ground floor entrance and stairs (to first floor access), a disability lift shaft and a toilet at first floor including a landing area with access to the first floor facilities
- The new first floor structure will incorporate 3 no. Club signage and crests (10m x 1m) on the west, north and east elevations of the building
