M gfa including basement and plant rooms) as follows: block 1 (c. 10,225 sq. M) is an 8-storey office building providing offices, stair and lift cores and plant rooms. Block 2 (c. 4,081 sq. M) is a 6-storey office building over basement comprising stair and lift cores and plant rooms. Block 3 (c. 2,995 sq. M) is a 5-storey office building over basement comprising stair and lift cores and plant rooms. The café (c. 77sq. M) is a single storey building which incorporates a seating area, storage area and toilets. The development includes a surface car parking accommodating 421 no car spaces and 120 no. Cycle spaces.
