The proposed renovation works include the following: (1) changes to the internal layout from a 10 bedroom over two stories and attic convent to a 5-bedroom single family dwelling. (2) changes to front elevation to include removal of porch, bay window and first floor balcony to be replaced with a single storey/flat roofed living room projection and canopy over main entrance. (3) changes to side elevations to include closing up of existing window openings and creation of new window openings with all new first floor windows to have frosted glass. (4) replacement of existing roof dormers, one at the front and two at the rear with new dormers along with a new slate roof finish to replace existing roof concrete tiles.
