- Permission for development which will consist of retention, completion, and alterations to existing car park and grassed area. The proposed works will consist of
- The formal completion of the recently gravelled, developed into a formal macadam surfaced and fully lined-out and signage marked surface car park integrated with the existing perpendicular car parking spaces. The total proposed provision will be to accommodate 22 car parking spaces
- Within the proposed provision of 22 car parking spaces; 2no. Ev charging spaces will be assigned; 2no parent and child car parking spaces will be assigned and 1no disabled space will be assigned
- Modifications to the existing surface car park area, will include the setting out of the new kerb lines and associated line marking, ramp access at kerb. Modifications to existing and additional hard and soft landscaping provisions to the site, including 10no cycle parking spaces which will be provided adjacent to the existing building at pavement surface level
