  • Permission for development which will consist of retention, completion, and alterations to existing car park and grassed area. The proposed works will consist of
  • The formal completion of the recently gravelled, developed into a formal macadam surfaced and fully lined-out and signage marked surface car park integrated with the existing perpendicular car parking spaces. The total proposed provision will be to accommodate 22 car parking spaces
  • Within the proposed provision of 22 car parking spaces; 2no. Ev charging spaces will be assigned; 2no parent and child car parking spaces will be assigned and 1no disabled space will be assigned
  • Modifications to the existing surface car park area, will include the setting out of the new kerb lines and associated line marking, ramp access at kerb.
