- Permission for lrd development which consists of; a proposed large-scale residential development (lrd) comprising amendments to a permitted strategic housing development (shd) scheme of 240 no. Student accommodation bedspaces and a café (abp-313286-22 refers). The amendments to the permitted development will consist of: (1) reduction in the ground floor area from 1,645m2 to 1578m2 (67m2 reduction) by setting back the southern curtain walling to facilitate services diversion in the south-west corner of the building. (2) internal layout changes at ground floor level including the omission of the café use. (3) reduction in the floor to floor heights on upper floors, resulting in an overall building height reduction of approximately 1 metre.
