Ref. 18/47 and an bord pleanala number abp 301960-18 at this site. The new proposal will consist of: (a) an increase in unit numbers from 19 no. Granted units to a total of 27 no. Residential units. (b) previously approved 3 storey duplex block to saint brendan's avenue containing : 1 no. 3 bedroom duplex; 4 no. 2 bedroom duplex; 1 no. 2 bedroom own door apartment and 3 no. 1 bedroom own door apartments with amendments to rear to allow for lift and communal stairs to first floor. (c) replacement of the previously approved 4 storey duplex block to the rear of the site (containing 4 no. 1 bedroom apartments & 4 no. 3 bedroom duplexes) and 2 storey block to the courtyard (containing 2 no. 2 bed apartments) with a new 6 storey apartment block and larger communal courtyard. New apartment block to contain 12 no. 2 bedroom apartments and 6 no. 1 bedroom apartments with revised access onto rear laneway.
