  • Permission for development which consists of: permission is sought by valley healthcare fund for amendments to the previously permitted development under galway city council pl. Ref. No. 22/322, which was accompanied by an nis, and an bord pleanála pl. Ref. Abp-318194-23, at lands at seamus quirke road, rahoon road, galway. The proposed amendments comprise of the following
  • Permission to vary condition no. 8 of an bord pleanala pl. Ref. Abp-318194-23, with respect to ev parking at basement level. Permission is sought for revisions at the permitted basement level, including a reduction in basement footprint and reconfiguration of the permitted car parking layout on the overall site, including the relocation of ev charging parking spaces from basement level to surface level, while maintaining the overall permitted car parking provision on the site
  • Revisions to the permitted internal surface level road network, circulation routes, car parking layout and set-down areas
  • Relocation of the permitted esb substation and lv switchroom from within the primary care centre building to a standalone esb substation and switchroom building located to the east of the site
  • Revisions to permitted site boundary treatments, lighting, hard and soft landscaping, together with incorporation of ventilation louvres associated with the basement ventilation strategy
  • Revisions to drainage and infrastructure works necessary to facilitate the proposed development and all ancillary site works
