A) demolish existing two storey building, comprised of a ground floor retail unit with partial living accommodation to the rear, the upper floor is comprised of residential accommodation , all in a neglected/derelict state. It is proposed (b) to construct 4 no. New residential units on the site of the demolition and on an adjoining open private site. The development will include all the associated site development works, namely, connection to the main public sewer and the provision of water supply from the public watermain and the reinstatement of all public footpaths and road surfaces.
