(2) the provision of a turning bay to serve the permitted pumping station (granted under planning reference 17/97). (3) the construction of 34 no. Houses by way of modification to the previously granted permitted permission by an bord pleanála under appeal reference 08.248967 (p. A. Reg. Ref. 16/247). The development will consist of 4 no.
