Carry out works to a protected structure, as set out below. (1) demolition of existing two-storey non-original extension to side of existing of a protected structure; (2) construction of a new single-storey extension tothe west and north of the existing structure, forming two courtyards and covered pathways; (3) conversion of the existing shed to a habitable accommodation/guestroom; (4) miscellaneous works to the existing protected structure as follows: (a) replacement of existing roof finish with natural slate and provision of replacement rainwater goods (b) removal of the existing cementitious render and replacement with new natural lime render; (c) replacement of existing non-original upvc windows; (d) modifications to the northern elevation, comprising of 1 no new window ope at first floor (e) modifications to the eastern elevation; comprising of the addition of 1 no new window ope, 1 no new door ope and conversion of 1 no existing window into a door ope (f) modification to the western elevation, comprising conversion of 2 no. Existing window into 2 no. Door opes (g) addition of a roof light to the northern elevation; (h) internal modifications comprising the removal of 2 no. Sections of walls/chimeny breasts to form new internal opes at kitchen/dining area. (5) external works to include associated drainage, site development work, landscaping and repair works
