(01) remove the existing roof structure, first floor, front porch and western side gable wall from the existing dwelling house, (02) demolish two single storey existing out buildings including part of the existing road side front boundary (03) make alterations and renovations to the existing dwelling house of internal modification to the existing dweling house of internal modification to the existing floor layout and elevation changes throughout, (04) construct a new porch to the front elevation and rebuild a new western house gable. (05) construct an extension to the sides of the existing dwelling house (06) construct a new high-level roof to accomodate first floor accommodation and storage inclduing the introduction of new roof sky lights and first floor gable window.
