The development will consist of the addition of a mobility impaired access structure (mias) that will be within the curtilage of a protected structure (niah survey data reg no. 21306001, rps ref: 60-1-a, 60-1-b and 60-1-c). The structure is a hybrid assembly of different concrete and steel elements including a pair of staircases (two flights each), free standing lift shafts, support portals and a walkway. Associated works will include the decommission and re-location of an existing uisce éireann drainage pipe, removal of existing waiting shelter to be replaced with a new two bay waiting shelter, proposed 10 space cycle shelter to replace existing cycle shelter, removal of 1 no.
