Construct a mixed-use development consisting of 90 bed nursing home, 18 no. Independant living units ( 14 no. 1 bedroom and 4 no. 2 bedroom) and 31 no. Duplex/apartment residential units (18 no. 2 bedroom and 13 no. 1 bedroom) and all anicllary site development works. The proposed nursing and independent living units will be accommodated within a 3-5 storey building in the eastern area of the site and the proposed duplex/apartment residential units will be accommodated within 2 no. Apartment buildings ranging in height from 3-4 storeys in the western areas of the site. Ancillary site works include the provision of bin stores, bicycle stores , an esb substation , totem signage and public realm improvements. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided from the ballycasheen road to the south with pedestrian access also accommodated from the n22 to the north
