Planning permission for the following: refurbish and extend existing dwelling including the removal of the roof structure from the north west section of the old dwelling, demolition of the front porch, removal of existing box dormers, chimney’s and some ground floor windows. Decommissioning of existing septic tank. Re-roof north west section of house to match south east section of roof and fit new box dormers to front and rear as well as a number of new velux roof windows, build a new front porch and form new window openings to front and north west side of existing dwelling, build a new pitched roof extension to the rear of existing dwelling incorporating kitchen dining area.
