The proposed development consists of the change of use from an existing vacant residential structure and a vacant/derelict outbuilding to short-term tourist accommodation resulting in the provision of 7 no. Self-catering apartments [4 no. 2 bed units and 3 no. 1 bed units]. Planning permission is also sought for the construction of a single storey extension consisting of 24 m2 as well as some minor internal and external demolition [32.7m2] to the existing structures.
