Remove existing boundary hedgerow between our current playing pitch and field to the north, relocate existing gaa pitch to the north west of our site with the existing ball stop net moved to the north side of the relocated pitch, relocate 6 flood lights previously granted planning under 23/901, erect a new all-weather playing pitch complete with security fence around it and new flood lights to the 4 corners of same, erect two portable spectator stands north and south of the new all-weather pitch, construct two new pickle ball courts south east of new all-weather pitch with a security fence around same and two new flood lights east and west of courts, alter existing walking track so that it runs around both the relocated gaa pitch and the new all-weather pitch with associated lighting to light up the track (existing lighting relocated where necessary) complete with all ancillary site works associated with the development
