(c) a new site entrance that is to be provided off an access driveway which was permitted by the council under reg. 07/1875 and by an bord pleanála under ref. Pl09.231317 (with the duration of this permission having been extended under council reg. 13/1038) and which was recently authorised by the planning authority under reg. 13/182 and by an bord pleanála in the related appeal under ref. Pl09.244525 (d) all ancillary siite works including landscaping.
