The relocation of these residential units is to provide an adequate wayleave to the existing 12inch cast iron water main and rising foul sewer on site. The modified location of these 8 no. Residential units will result in a variation to the approved site layout plan and individual site boundaries; (b) all site development works associated with the erection of these 8 residential units to include footpaths, access roads, car parking, boundary walls, all associated landscaping areas and public lighting. All other works shall be carried out generally in accordance with grant of permission register reference 14/843 granted on 8th may 2015. The overall number of residential units proposed is 8 while the site numbers are 282 to 289 old bridge station. All development to take place
