The existing building is a protected structure and is within an architectural conservation area. The works will consist of the demolition of the existing rear single storey lean-to and a detached shed; construction of new single storey extension to rear of both new dwellings (area 69.7m2), internal alterations to subdivide the building; and new subdividing boundary wall.
