(b) stables / out buildings to incorporate 12 one bed studio apartments. (c) all ancillary site works and connections to public services. Revised by significant further information consisting of the relocation of the proposed site entrance from the east side of the site to the west side of the site. The relocation of car parking from the north end of the site to the west side of the site. Works are to include the replacement of existing random rubble boundary wall to the south west of the site with steel railings and cut granite piers to match existing boundary treatment to south of existing disused dwelling. All ancillary site works to the development to accommodate the proposed alterations to original application including site services
