The development will consist of preparation and laying out of one new adult playing pitch and one under age playing pitch, the erection of boundary fencing and associated landscaping works, car park containing 56 car park spaces and proposed new walking track. Access to new pitches will be through existing entrance from public road and through existing car park beside clubhouse
