The development will consist of a circa 130 metre section of the previously permitted newbridge south orbital relief road (kildare county council reg. Ref. 02/1373 and 10/45) and will include ancillary landscaping, lighting, attenuation and drainage works, all within a site area of c. 0.38 ha. This section of road will form part of a c. 1.5km carriageway from great connell (connell drive) to a new roundabout junction with the r445, which is being submitted under a separate concurrent planning application.
