For retention and completion of 5 no. Detached two storey dwellings at site no's 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 eascanrath brook, suncroft, co. Kildare. The dwellings were originally permitted by register reference 06/212 and the modifications for which permission is sought will consist of (i) minor internal modifications, (ii) additional velux window to first floor wc. The removal of condition no. 2 of reg. Ref. 06/212 (restriction of occupancy to "local need" / "local growth") is also sought as part of this planning application having regard to the fact that the lands are now zoned for residential development and suncroft is now designated as a village and is subject to land use zonings (map ref. 17.14)
