  • For: (1) existing, doctor on line booth; (2) internal seating area with wifi facility; (3) awnings to front elevation at ground floor and first floor; (4) wheelchair access ramp to front shop door; (5) steps & handrail as access to side door of shop; (6) roof to covered area to right hand side of shop; (7) seating area to right hand side of shop; (8) walled area with decking at first floor for private use of applicant. Permission: (a) extension to rear at ground floor level for purpose of extending retail space. The proposed extension will be 59.02sqm; (b) extension to first floor level for the purpose of office & meeting room space. The proposed extension will be 97.31sqm; (c) side walkway & rear walkway to first floor extension for fire safety exit combined with external fire escape stairs to rear of the proposed extension as revised by significant further information consisting of;1) proposed two storey extension to the rear has been moved 4.887m to the east. It now starts at the gable wall of the existing shop. This revision will add 31.46sqm to the ground floor making it 90.48sqm while the first floor extension reduces to 90.48sqm directly over the ground floor
  • The first floor windows to the north, south, east & west have been removed and replaced with velux roof lights to the north & south and by frosted windows to toilets on the east
  • The external walkway & fire escape stairs to the first floor have been removed
  • The existing cabin & steel container to the rear garden are to be removed
  • Internal layouts & first floors have been altered
  • A proposed link is to be constructed at ground floor on the southern gable to enable safe escape as recommended by our fire consultant; this structure will add a further 11.83sqm of floor area to the ground floor
