The demolition of the single storey side lean-to entrance at the north west elevation, the ground floor projecting double door bay and first floor balcony at the south west elevation. The construction of a new single storey kitchen extension to the south west, a new entrance hall with a flat roof over, a new utility room and wc at ground floor, a new first floor master bedroom with wardrobe area to the side, converting the existing master bedroom to a new en-suite with a new pitched roof containing new roof lights with additional interior remodelling of the existing dwelling. Alterations to widen the existing vehicle entrance and provision of stone piers with timber gates and associated site works. The proposed development is in the vicinity of carton house, associated outhouses, stables and yards which are protected structures. No works are proposed that will directly affect these protected structures
