Redevelopment of our site adjacent to the south side of christy’s public house. The proposed works will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey derelict dwelling, adjacent to christy’s public house and the construction of the following: (1) 1 no. 2 storey retail unit (floor area 79sqm) immediately adjacent to christy’s public house. (2) 11 no. X 3 bedroom two storey terrace houses (floor area 106sqm each) spread over site, each with private gardens to the rear. (3) 6 no. X 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 no. X 1 bedroom apartments, over two floors in two end of terrace blocks, (629.2sqm in total floor area, including common areas). Note all apartments at first floor level will have balconies to their public facing side. (4) provision of a new pedestrian link from main street to new public park proposed by the kildare county council. (5) private parking, bin storage and bicycle parking and open space to the rear of the main street facing block for use by both the houses and apartments, as well as all associated and ancillary site, landscaping and drainage works
