For equestrian centre/agricultural development in perpetuity at this site winterdown stud farm. The development to be retained consists of the retention of existing indoor equestrian arena as built, this comprises an additional floor area of 1914sqm in total of agricultural/equestrian centre development all to the established permitted stables and riding arena and all associated site services and modifications to site services and car parking layout, septic tank and puraflow treatment system, retention of horse walker, the use of one of the existing cattle sheds as a proposed dung shed, and the retention of the mezzanine floor area to be used as a viewing area, with storage and special needs access and also a proposed new ulma linear drainage channel at the site entrance gate. Previously permission was granted by an bord pleanála planning reference pl09.128023 for an equestrian centre development and ancillary site services and parking, which has an established permitted floor area of 3,866sqm which is used for the training and breeding of horses ; revised by significant further information consisting of replacing existing percolation area with a new soil polishing filter.
