The modifications affect the area to the north of the site abutting craddockstown court (an existing residential estate to the north of the application site) and measures an area of c. 0.3329ha. Permission is sought to modify the existing permission in order to omit the permitted creche and to build 12 no. Duplex apartments in a 3 storey building in its place. These will be made up of 6 no. 2 bedroom and 6 no. 3 bedroom residential units. All duplex apartments will have north/south/east/west facing private gardens/terraces/balconies.
