Change of use from existing single storey office building known as the former "axa building" to proposed split use development consisting of a proposed single storey residential house and proposed single storey café. The proposed residential single storey house is ancillary to the proposed single storey café development and both proposed structures are adjoining in existing condition. The proposed residential development will consist of change of use from existing single storey office space into a single storey 4 bedroom house. The residential development will consist of proposed demolition works to the front to accommodate new en-suite with proposed hipped roof and windows to the front. The residential development will also consist of new windows, new doors and all internal required decorations and external modifications. The proposed single storey café development will consist of proposed single storey extension to the side of the existing single storey structure, proposed new roof structure, new windows, new doors and all internal required decorations and external modifications. The proposal includes alterations to the existing car park layout to the front and landscaping alterations and ancillary works to accommodate the proposed development. The proposed development also includes the use of the existing totem signage structure to the front of the site
