The development will consist of the construction of an 8.5m wide access road consisting of 5.5m carriageway, 1.5m cycle lane, 1.5m footpath and grass verge. The development also includes construction of a 1.8m high capped and rendered boundary block wall with the installation of public lighting and surface water services and all remaining site associated works.
