The proposed development is comprised of 20 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 2 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 27 no. 3 bedroom terraced houses and 9 no. 2 bedroom terraced houses. Access to the proposed development will be from the adjoining kilheale manor residential estate to the west of the proposed development site. The proposed development includes for all associated site development works, drainage, car parking, open spaces and landscaping etc. The proposed development will result in a modification to part of a previously permitted development granted under reg. Ref. 07/1474,
