Of two extensions to the side and to the rear of 1 thornhill gardens, celbridge, co. Kildare, which differ from the additions which were previously permitted under application reg. Ref. No. 18/623. The main deviations from this permission for these two extensions are as follows: side extension: a) a parapet extends across the front of the house to cover the porch at the front door; b) a doorway has been constructed on the southern side elevation in place of a full-length window; c) a window with vertical emphasis to the rear of side extension has not been constructed; d) the internal layout has been altered. Rear extension: e) the length of the extension has been increased from 6.250m to 7.250m; f) the patio door has been replaced with a single door and a single window; g) the rear window has been replaced with a door; h) a roof light has been installed to brighten the existing kitchen/dining area; i) changes to the internal layout.
