The proposed development will consist of a revision to the permitted development granted under kildare county council reg. No. 17/539 and an bord pleanála reg. Ref. No. 300795-18; and kildare county council reg. Ref. Nos. 20/86, 20/143 and 20/249 and will comprise of: amendments and reconfiguration of the permitted unit nos. 112 and 113, including an extension to the rear of unit no. 113 (c. 31sq. M gfa) and the provision of a mezzanine in unit 113 only (c. 192sq. M gfa); resulting in unit no. 112 reducing in size from c. 346sq. M gfa as permitted to c. 40sq.
