For (a) change of use of the existing building from use as a reception building for a catch and release fisheries facility to a new proposed use as a gym, (b) to reconfigure the internal layout of the existing building, and to extend the building with a low profile lean-to type structure (maximum height 4.438 m) to the north-east (110.541 sq/mts), to provide male and female changing rooms with toilet and shower facilities, an entrance hall, fitness room and reception area, (c) move the existing previously permitted entrance (pl. Ref. 15/1178) to a new proposed location west of the existing entrance, (d) re-configuration of existing fully permeable surface parking facilities to incl. 52 no, std. Car parking bays, 2 no. Mobility impaired parking bays and a covered bicycle shelter with a capacity for min. 6 no. Bicycles, and (e) all associated site works and services to facilitate the proposed development.
