Extension of duration of planning ref. 15/850 - the development will consist of a new four storey office building of approx 5,574 sq. M gross floor area(excluding plant) with a set back at fourth storey level ( and an external terraced area on all elevations) as well as open and enclosed plant (approx. 153 sq. M) at roof level. The overall height of the proposed office building (including plant) is approx. 17.8 m. The proposal will provide ancillary facilities including a reception area, toilets, showers, stores, lift cores, internal stairs and external stair cores to the northeast and southwest facades; and an esb substation, switch room and refuse building (with an overall area of approximately 42 sq. M). Permission is also sought for 280 surface car parking spaces, 30 covered cycle parking spaces, internal road and footpaths, a new vehicular access and a separate pedestrian access from existing millennium park site distributor road on the southeast side of the site and a second pedestrian access point on the southwest side of the site from the western distributor road, hard/soft landscaping, lighting and associated site development works; all on a site of approx. 1.57 hectares
