- Complete all ancillary site works associated with the proposed extension

- Change the utility side window into a door. My existing house has a ground floor area of 109.10 sq. M and a first floor area of 63.95 sq. M. The proposed works will add 31.42 sq. M to the ground floor and 48.44 sq. M to the first floor. All the above is to take place at my site
