Amendments to a previously approved development granted under planning reg, ref, 20/1086. These amendments are as follows: (1) to change the bedroom/study/games room at second floor level to storage only, (2) to increase the floor area of the porch permitted on the front elevation, (3) to fit a window with opaque glass at ground floor level to the side of the approved extension (4) to construct a single storey lean-to storage area along the side elevation, (5) to create a bin storage area to the front by raising the height of a section of the existing side boundary wall and constructing a 1.35m high wall to the front of the permitted extension, (6) to widen the existing vehicular entrance and all associated ancillary site development works all to our existing 2 storey detached dwelling
