The proposed development includes minor internal reconfiguration of layouts to provide a total of 9 no. Ensuite bedrooms including 1 no. Accessible ensuite bedroom. Changes to the façade include minor modifications to the fenestration on the north, west and east elevations, addition of roof lights and new door openings.
