Ref 14/678. Permission is sought for the retention of the car park for a further period of 5 years. Planning permission is sought for the widening of the existing access road to a minimum of 5.5 meters: the provision of a 1.5 metre wide footpath adjoining the access road; the completion of the temporary car park with macadam surface; the provision of lighting to the car park and the access road from the existing public road to the boundary of castletown house; the provision of pedestrian and vehicular gates at the northern boundary with the public road and the southern boundary with castletown house; the erection of a 1.4m high timber post and rail fence to the boundary of the car park; and all associated landscaping and all ancillary works.
