For a large scale residential development (lrd) comprising of the construction of 168 no. Residential units, 1 no. Creche, 1 no. Esb substation and all associated site development works including footpaths, cycle paths, parking, fencing, drainage, bicycle and bin stores, public lighting and landscaping/amenity areas. Access to the proposed development will be provided via a new access from the existing shackleton road together with improvements to a pedestrian footpath and cycleway along shakleton road, an upgraded pedestrian junction at shackleton road and the clane road (r403) and 2 no. Pedestrian bridges over toolestown stream to connect into oldtown woods estate. A natura impact statement is submitted to the planning authority with this application.
