For (a) change of use/repurposing part of an existing sports hall for the use as a rehabilitation facility. Works to be located at ground level to include new physiotherapy and consultation suites, recreational space, toilets, changing rooms, ancillary offices and storage. (b) works to be located at existing first floor level with permission to extend existing first floor level within the existing building envelope to include innovation/sustainability hubs, classrooms, canteen and ancillary offices, (c) the provision of the described development will also include for double height side extension to be used as a new entrance to the facility through a previously used escape door and entrance canopy, (d) connection to existing site services and all associated development works. Revised by significant further information which consists of the installation of an effluent holding tank to connect to existing secondary effluent treatment system ( and de-commission existing percolation area) which will connect to the existing sewage treatment holding tank on site which currently discharges to existing public foul sewer and all associated site works
